Our managed training portal
All training managers have access to the latest version of our online training manager portal. It helps you manage your employees' training more efficiently than ever, with access to data and reporting that is without equal in the market today.
Your homepage shows a dashboard of detailed, intelligent summary graphs. You can see at a glance where your employees are in the "student lifecycle" and how your employees are performing against their peers, how much is being spent per employee, including how much money is being wasted due to exam absenteeism and re-sits.
Our traffic light system shows you how well your employees are progressing in their own online study, and details the self study they have done to date. Fast, accurate reports can be self generated for your entire student population, or you can customise reports for individual cost center groups, for example, according to your needs.
You have easy access to the report settings, so if you need to look at a different time period, a different study paper, or you want to remove/add columns to a report, this can be done effortlessly.
